Tim Jurgensen is a brand consultant. All strategic, creative, and consulting services are provided by TJJ Co, LLC, an Alabama Limited Liability Company.
II. Privacy Policy
We value your privacy. Any information collected through this website is used solely for communication regarding your project. Payments are processed securely via Stripe; TJJ Co, LLC does not store your credit card information. You can view Stripe’s privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy. We do not sell or share your data with third parties.
III. Terms of Service
All services provided by TJJ Co, LLC are governed by the specific Service Agreement or Project Contract signed by the Client.
- Incorporation by Reference: Every transaction is subject to the full terms and conditions outlined in the executed Service Agreement. In the event of a conflict, the terms of the signed contract shall prevail.
- Payment Authorization: By paying an invoice, the Client authorizes TJJ Co, LLC to process the payment and acknowledges that ownership of deliverables transfers only upon receipt of final payment in full.
IV. Refund & Cancellation Policy
- Non-Refundable Services: Unless explicitly stated otherwise in a signed agreement, all payments made to TJJ Co, LLC are non-refundable once work has commenced or a project slot has been reserved.
- Cancellations: Procedures for project cancellation and any applicable “kill fees” for hours worked are defined within the individual project contract.
V. Intellectual Property
All portfolio work showcased on this site is the property of TJJ Co, LLC or its respective clients. Unauthorized use of these materials is prohibited.
