I help established businesses translate who they’ve become into clear, confident, cohesive brand identities.
My approach sits at the intersection of design, strategy, and curiosity. It’s the same mix that has guided me through more than a decade of work with small businesses, financial institutions, universities, churches, and creative professionals.
Over the years, I’ve learned that great design is more about communication than decoration. It’s the visual alignment between what a business is and how it shows up in the world.
My job is to calibrate that alignment.
How I think and work
I tend to approach every project like an outsider in the best way possible.
Not to challenge for the sake of it, but to ask the questions that reveal opportunities others might overlook. I ask a lot of what, why, and how questions.
This outsider mindset keeps my work grounded, honest, and tailored to the business in front of me. No ego, no assumptions.
What I bring to the table
- A strategic understanding of how visuals shape trust
- A design aesthetic that feels human and intentional
- The ability to make complex ideas feel clear and cohesive
- Experience across industries, from one-person startups to multi-billion-dollar organizations
A bit about me, beyond the work
I like learning a little about a lot of things and pulling those influences into design and strategy.
I’m a nerd at heart. Movies, LEGO, cartoons, music, and science fiction all shape how I think about storytelling and world-building in branding.
If I weren’t designing, I’d probably build furniture. I appreciate things that are functional, well-crafted, and built to last. That mindset shows up in my design work too.
And one day, I’d love to restore a classic car so my wife and I can cruise around in something with character.
If your business has evolved but your brand hasn’t kept pace, I can help you close that gap.
